This commit builds on the insights gained from the automated bollard dependency update and moves our CI correctness testing into locally executable scripts with a single 'validate' to call the whole suite. CLAUDE.md is updated to prefer the use of `ci/validate`. Signed-off-by: Brian L. Troutwine <brian.troutwine@datadoghq.com>
